"Awesome connectivity, simplifies my work"
I've been using Dialpad since April of last year, and I must say I haven't run into any connection problems or numbers I can't reach. There’s nothing that disrupts our business calls. The voicemail features, particularly the transcription, are fantastic. Honestly, I can't complain; it just does its job perfectly.

"Awful support experience with Jowalsh Ortega"
I totally spaced on canceling the subscription after we quit using the services, and they kept hitting us with charges for 9 months straight. When we finally caught on 9 months later that we were still being billed for stuff we weren't using, dialpad didn't even bother to give us a partial refund for a single month.

"Awful experience"
What a nightmare! I signed up and right away, my account got shut down before I could even log in. When I reached out to support, they informed me that the billing team had locked me out. After waiting for hours for a response, the billing folks claimed my account was cancelled because of a policy violation and accused me of some 'fraudulent activity.' They didn’t give me any specifics on what that 'fraudulent activity' was or how it could have occurred before I even accessed my account.
I called customer service the next day, but they couldn’t help me at all, didn’t offer any guidance on what to do next, or explain what went wrong.

"Company's Technical Support Needs Improvement"
The technical support from this company really leaves a lot to be desired. I ran into issues making calls, and when I reached out, they insisted everything was fine on their side. I ended up losing clients because of it. It wasn't until months later that my IT guy suggested I uninstall the phone app, which really limits my ability to use dialpad services while I'm on the go. Just recently, the desktop app wasn't ringing properly, and I missed a bunch of calls. After dealing with a few technicians and my last frustrating experience, I decided to troubleshoot the issue myself, which took several days and cost me even more calls. When the product is functioning well, it's fantastic! But when it fails, it's a real headache, especially for a small business like mine where major problems can hit the wallet hard, particularly since this is a paid service that doesn't always deliver. The only reason I'm considering renewing my contract with dialpad is that it's the only provider I've found that meets HIPAA compliance. Oh, and I was given an incentive to share this review.

"Highly effective calling software with handy features"
This calling tool has been super useful for my work at a call center. When I compare it to the old software we had, the DialPad's click-to-call and voicemail drop features have really boosted our productivity. I appreciate how my supervisor can easily name and update our various calling projects with just a phone number. My company mainly uses DialPad for its basic functions, but I notice there are additional options like receiving calls, voicemails, call transcripts, summaries, and more. One thing I’d suggest for improvement is that sometimes the software takes a bit to load, and the call connectivity can be a little spotty, but that might just be my Internet connection acting up. All in all, I’d rate the software an A-.

"Awesome tool for office communication!"
I really appreciate how Dialpad works seamlessly on both my phone and computer. I've been using it for over three years now for my job. One thing I wish they would tweak is the texting feature; I’d prefer if messages always came from my main line. When you have several lines at work and send a text, it might go out from a different number, which can throw folks off when they’re trying to get in touch with you.

The voicemail features, particularly the transcription, are fantastic. I'm not trying to overstate things or anything, but if it does the job, it does the job, and it does it well. For about 2 to 3 months now, I've relied on Dialpad for my business communications, and I really can't complain; it just works.
